Anna Zak is the founder of From A2Z Marketing and has a diverse background ranging from copywriting to advertising, from brand management to publishing. With the start of her company, she brought all her skills and knowledge into one place where she helps clients turn their visions into reality. Unless it’s a major project requiring additional staff to meet the deadline, all projects are led by Zak.
From A2Z Marketing was created with the intent to help smaller businesses with various marketing needs that simply do not have the resources to hire an in-house team. The company offers a variety of services including graphic design, advertising, copywriting, social media initiatives and much more. No job is too small.
There is much competition in the marketing industry, and as a business owner, standing out in the crowd can be a challenge. Zak shares how she sets herself and her company apart from the competition.
“The biggest challenge has probably been establishing a reputation as a go-to company for marketing needs. With so many firms and freelancers in existence, it can certainly be difficult to distinguish yourself among the rest. You need to show your added value, that differentiator.”
“I started off slowly with only one client, a former college acquaintance that needed a simple email advertisement designed. I made sure the client knew that they were my number one priority, that the job wouldn’t be done until they were completely satisfied with the end results. Through being in constant contact with that client and making sure that their vision was coming through, I established a reputation as someone that truly cares about their clients and their needs. Through referrals, my client base has grown.”
“Making sure my clients are satisfied is beyond important to me. They are my lifeline in this business. They are the reason I get to follow my dreams. Every client that hires From A2Z Marketing can rest assured their vision will become a reality, and if they don’t have a vision, I’ll help them create it.”
